- Take clear photos of:
- The outer box
- The contents
- The packing slip
- Any damage to the goods
- Do not discard the box or any items — they may need to be inspected by the post office or courier.
- Contact your local post office and request a damage report.
- Send all photos and the damage report to us at support@one.organic (mailto:support@one.organic).
